Main research contribution:

The research work focuses on the key scientific issues of "the evolution and regulation mechanism of blood-brain barrier structure in glioma infiltrates". It is difficult to accurately locate glioma, "difficult to complete resection", "difficult to treat", and difficult to relapse control. "Study on clinical dilemmas." The main results are as follows:1. To solve the problem of glioma boundary determination in surgery, a pH bimodal signal synchronous response probe was constructed to trace the "metabolic boundary" of glioma by tracing the acidic environment of tumor, which is more than the clinical structure. The imaging boundary more accurately depicts the infiltrating area of ??glioma; 2. The adenosine receptor agonist is constructed to prevent the blood-brain barrier from hindering the drug into the brain, revealing the endogenous nature of the tight junction between the vascular endothelial cells Signal transduction mechanism; 3. It was found that the elimination of intracellular including hydrogen peroxide under pathological conditions can promote the phenotypic polarization of microglia, revealing that ROS regulates the phenotypic polarization of microglia. The key role played a new way to achieve rebalization of glioma immune microenvironment and improve the response rate of immunotherapy.
In the past five years (since 2013), 19 authors have published SCI papers in mainstream journals such as Adv Mater, Angew Chem Int Ed, ACS Nano, Chem Sci, Theranostics, Small, Int J Cancer, J Cereb Blood Flow & Metab. 9 IF 8.0 or higher, 3 IF 10.0 or higher. He was awarded the honorary title of New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education (2013), Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Talents (2016), Shanghai Shuguang Talent (2015) and Zhangjiang Talents (2016). The series of "Glucosamine-Blood-Brain Barrier Regulation" won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 2nd, 2015), the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education (ranked 5th, 2011), and the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. (ranked 5th, 2014). He is currently a member of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association-Mental Glioma Professional Committee, the Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society-Deputy Secretary-General of the Biophotonics Professional Committee, the Shanghai Nuclear Society-Deputy Director of the Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Pharmacy Committee, and the Chinese Biophysical Society-Molecular Imaging Young professional committee members of the Academic Committee.
